Login ID: Enter up to nine (9) alphanumeric ID in the Login field
PIN: Enter up to 15 (minimum 6) numeric digits in the PIN field
For the Login ID, you must create and enter up to nine (9) alphanumeric ID (i.e., RGWJPR123 - this is case sensitive). For the PIN, create and enter up to 15 (minimum 6) numeric digits (i.e., 123456).

Banner System Requirements
Banner Self-Service will run on most computers with access to the Internet and a web browser (see recommendations below).
Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 and 8.0
Safari 4.1 and 5.0
*Any Mozilla 1.7 compliant browser should work, but Sungard only supports the above versions.
*At this time IE9 is not recommended for use with Banner because it is not currently supported by Sungard or Oracle.
Allow Banner pop-ups (disable pop-up blocker)
Navigating the Application
Once you enter the application form, use internal buttons, icons, hotlinks and options in the status menu at the right of the application screen. Do not refresh pages or you will be logged out of the application. Do not use browser?s back button.
